A family story, written in chocolate.
Lebbeke was born from the meeting of memories, technique and the desire to turn chocolate into something that could become part of life's most meaningful moments.
Before it became a brand, Lebbeke began as a family story.
In 1998, Nelise left the ballet stage to turn her sensibility into handmade creations. Biscuits and Pães de Mel were among her first creations, small gestures carrying care, memory and affection.
Years later, alongside Luiz, new techniques were introduced through their studies in Belgium and France, bringing an even more precise and artisanal approach to chocolate.
In 2017, with Gabriel carrying the story forward, Lebbeke was born: a Chocolaterie built on tradition, time and the constant pursuit of turning flavours into memories.
How we got here
Where it began: Nelise
It all began in 1998, in a home kitchen, where the first creations came to life. Biscuits and Pães de Mel (Brazilian honey spice cakes) marked the beginning of a story built on care and sensitivity.
The arrival of the Chocolaterie
With Luiz came new knowledge and techniques gained through studies in Belgium and France, bringing the brand closer to the European tradition of chocolate.
Lebbeke is born
In 2017, with Gabriel carrying the family story forward, a Chocolaterie devoted to technique, detail and creation experiences through chocolate was born.
A new chapter
From the boutique to weddings, gifts and partnerships, we continue with the same purpose: turning chocolate into moments that last.

Made by people, for people.
Behind every chocolate is a process guided by people. Hands that temper, fill and finish each creation, respecting the time needed to make something special. Technique guides the way, but it is the human eye that turns each creation into an experience.
The essential is in the details.
Craftsmanship
Every creation passes through the hands and discerning eye of those who understand the value of true craftsmanship.
Selected ingredients
Ingredients chosen with care to reveal true flavours.
Time
Chocolate made without haste, respecting processes and details that cannot be rushed.
